What We Offer Competitive salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options Company-paid life insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) plan Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day dispensing and clinical pharmacy services in a closed-door pharmacy environment Process new and refill prescriptions, including verification, preparation, and accurate dispensing of medications Collaborate closely with Pharmacy Technicians and Order Entry Technicians to ensure safe, efficient workflow Perform clinical review of orders, including assessment of drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interactions and allergies Communicate with prescribers and other healthcare providers to clarify orders, resolve therapy concerns, and support optimal patient care Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy practice and controlled substances Follow and help enforce company policies, procedures, and safety practices Contribute to a customer-centered culture , consistently striving to exceed expectations of facilities, providers, and residents Schedule & Work Environment Full-time role, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on pharmacy coverage needs Closed-door, long-term care setting focused on serving assisted living and nursing home residents (no retail counter) Qualifications B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD degree Current, active Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania in good standing 1+ year of recent pharmacist experience in long-term care (preferred), retail, or hospital pharmacy Experience with intravenous admixture services preferred Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (English) Strong customer service , time management, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a high-volume, regulated environment If you are a pharmacist who is passionate about long-term care and wants to practice in a collaborative, closed-door setting, we invite you to apply and help us continue to advance pharmacy care for thousands of residents.
