Responsibilities:

Conduct order verification to ensure accuracy and compliance with medication protocols Supervise pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and support as needed Collaborate and consult with physicians and nurses to optimize medication therapy Apply pharmacokinetic principles in dosing and monitoring drug therapies Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to patient care discussions Qualifications /

Desired Experience:

Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices, including pharmacokinetics Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals Ability to supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians efficiently
