The remaining 40% of time will be staffing-related, supporting daily pharmacy operations within the health system. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct clinical medication reviews and patient counseling, focusing on chronic disease management Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and improve population health outcomes Provide operational support through staffing duties when not engaged in clinical services Assist in expanding the clinical pharmacy program as directed by the Department of Pharmacy leadership

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
