May 18 - June 30, with a possibility of extension

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, day shifts On-call duties required, though with minimal likelihood of being called in

Qualifications and Experience:

Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license required Experience in inpatient pharmacy practice essential Ability to manage pharmacy operations independently as the sole pharmacist on-site Skill in using Cerner for order entry and Omnicell for automation systems

Responsibilities:

Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, overseeing all pharmacy operations Conduct audits ensuring compliance and accurate medication dispensing Manage inventory restocking and maintain optimal supply levels Participate in on-call rotation with minimal call-ins Collaborate remotely with local PIC and Pharmacy Director for training and support

Work Environment:

10-bed Emergency Department and 10-bed inpatient micro-hospital Solo pharmacist role, no on-site technician support No sterile compounding required This contract assignment offers an engaging role with operational autonomy and leadership in a unique micro-hospital setting.
