Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract We are actively seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a full-time hospital assignment in York, Pennsylvania. This opportunity is with a large, high-acuity hospital environment offering a dynamic clinical setting and strong interdisciplinary collaboration. Setting:
Large 500-bed acute care hospital
Pharmacy Systems:
EPIC and Pyxis Full-time hours available
Responsibilities:
Perform medication order verification for inpatient populations Supervise and support pharmacy technicians Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff on medication therapy decisions Provide pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring services Ensure medication safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance Participate in clinical pharmacy services and patient care initiatives
Required Qualifications:
