Responsibilities include:

Order verification to ensure accuracy and safety Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow Consulting with physicians on medication management and patient care Applying pharmacokinetics principles to optimize drug therapy Utilizing IT systems such as EPIC and Pyxis for medication order processing and inventory Ideal candidates will possess: A valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist license Approximately 2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
