What You'll Be Doing:

Review and make timely, accurate coverage determinations for prior authorization requests Document clinical decisions using workflow systems and PBM platforms Collaborate with Coverage Determination Analysts and prescribers to gather needed information Research claim history and past prior authorizations to support clinical decision-making Ensure quality and productivity standards are consistently met Partner with pharmacists and internal teams to maintain high service levels Perform additional duties related to the prior authorization process as needed What You'll Need to

Be Considered:

Active PharmD or RPh license in good standing Experience in retail, clinical, or PBM pharmacy roles Ability to manage high-volume casework while maintaining accuracy and quality Comfort working within multiple PBM systems and adapting to new technologies quickly
