$129,356 - $189,184 (annual) How you'll make an impact in this role Ensure the safe selection, dosing, preparation, dispensing, and administration of medications within specialized areas such as oncology, cardiology, and nuclear medicine. Review medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve drug-related issues while recommending formulary alternatives when appropriate. Serve as a pharmacy subject matter expert by providing drug information, patient counseling, and clinical guidance to healthcare teams and leadership. Oversee and support pharmacy technical staff involved in medication preparation, inventory maintenance, and dispensing operations. Collaborate with physicians and clinicians to optimize patient care while contributing to pharmacy education and cross-coverage needs. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification /Registration:
Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Must be willing to initiate the process to obtain one or more Pharmacist licenses within 90 days of hire/transfer for the following states:AL, AR, IA, ID, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, NE, OK, OR, TN, TX, VA & WV.
Education:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required. What additional requirements you'll need The role supports Rheumatology clinics and requires medical licensure in Kansas and Indiana (including Indianapolis and Evansville).
