The company values innovation, clinical excellence, and reliable service for the communities it serves. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Ogden, UT. The Pharmacist will perform medication reviews, verify and dispense prescriptions, and ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing medication therapy, counseling patients and caregivers on proper use and potential side effects, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans. The role also involves reviewing medication-related documentation, identifying and resolving drug therapy problems, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. The Pharmacist will maintain accurate records, support inventory management, and uphold all safety and confidentiality standards. Qualifications Current, active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of Utah. Demonstrated clinical pharmacy skills, including medication therapy management, drug utilization review, and identification of drug interactions. Strong patient counseling and communication abilities, with a commitment to clear, respectful, and culturally sensitive interactions. Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices in a clinical or consulting environment. Proficiency with pharmacy information systems, electronic health records, and basic office software. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills suitable for a part-time, on-site role. Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and work independently with minimal supervision. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree preferred; equivalent education and experience considered. Experience in consulting, long-term care, or clinical pharmacy settings is beneficial. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with clinical guidelines and emerging therapies.

$57.00 - $62.00 per hour
