    Clinical Pharmacist | $60/hr | Cary, NC (Hybrid Opportunity!)

    $ 60.00/hour
Location:
Cary, NC (Onsite for up to 6 months)
    Work Model:
    Hybrid eligible after meeting performance metrics
      Schedule:
      Training:
      Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM
      • 6:00 PM EST ○
      After Training:
      Mix of 9:00 AM
      • 6:00 PM & 11:00 AM
      • 8:00 PM EST ○ (At least 3 late shifts per week)
      • What You'll Do
      • As a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and personalized patient care:
      • Conduct comprehensive pharmacotherapy reviews (drug interactions, adherence, side effects, etc.)
      • Provide patient counseling and education on new and ongoing therapies
      • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and care teams
      • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and board of pharmacy regulations
      • Oversee pharmacy technicians and support daily operations
      • Participate in clinical programs, REMS protocols, and patient intake coordination
      • Deliver exceptional, patient-centered service
      • Support on-call coverage as needed
      • Qualifications
      • Active North Carolina Pharmacist License (in good standing)
      • 2-3+ years of direct patient counseling experience
      • Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
      • Ability to work onsite initially and transition to hybrid
      • Preferred:
      • 3-5 years of pharmacy experience (clinical/operations/patient care)
      • BCOP certification (or willingness to obtain)
      • Experience with specialty pharmacy or clinical oversight
      • Knowledge of sterile techniques and quality control
