Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A remote opportunity is available for licensed pharmacists to support a specialty pharmacy project starting mid-May. This approximately 8-week engagement enables pharmacists to work from home, preparing orders remotely to be processed by the specialty pharmacy staff. The role requires organizational skills and attention to detail to review and prepare pharmacy orders efficiently within specified hours. It is an excellent fit for pharmacists who are comfortable working evenings and weekends and who can manage their workload independently from a home office.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare pharmacy orders remotely for processing by pharmacy staff Work within designated shifts to ensure timely order management Maintain accurate documentation and comply with pharmacy protocols Collaborate virtually with team members to resolve order or processing issues
Qualifications:
Active pharmacist license from Tennessee is required to process orders (
Note:
Pharmacists without a TN license are encouraged to consider other onsite night roles available) Ability to start promptly Comfortable working night shifts and weekends Must have reliable home internet and provide own computer/laptop for remote work Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Schedule Details:
Monday through Friday, 6 PM to 5 AM (flexible shift lengths of 8, 10, or 12 hours) Saturday and Sunday, flexible shifts throughout the day This contract opportunity offers flexibility, allowing up to 40 hours per week with varied shift options tailored to your availability.
