The Resident actively participates in multidisciplinary patient care rounds and teaching conference where knowledge of the medication use process will be developed via patient care and distributive activities. The Resident develops knowledge of drug use policy and basic management skills. The Resident develops communication skills through writing assignments, presentations and day-to-day interactions with health care professionals.
