The ideal candidate will have experience in end-of-life and hospice medication management. A strong clinical background is preferred; however, retail and long-term care pharmacy experience are also valued. The candidate should be comfortable consulting with nurses and providers regarding pain and symptom management and possess strong computer and internet skills. We are seeking someone who is self-directed, motivated, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with a compassionate approach to patient care. This position offers a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with rotating on-call responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist seeking work-life balance while making a meaningful difference in hospice and palliative care.
