Job Description

President of Pharmacy Services Compensation:
$200K-$350K Base + Bonus + Equity Potential Remote, must work CST hours Ready to build and scale a pharmacy platform from the ground up? Our client is on a mission to transform how America cares for seniors through an expanding healthcare services platform that includes pharmacy, diagnostics, hospice, and other complementary service lines. Pharmacy Services represents one of the organization's most significant growth opportunities, and they are seeking a visionary leader to help shape its future. As President of Pharmacy Services, you will lead the strategy, startup, and expansion of a network of pharmacies dedicated to serving assisted living and senior living communities. This is a hands-on executive role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and has a passion for building scalable operations that deliver exceptional care and service.
What You'll Do:
  • Launch and scale a multi-site long-term care pharmacy platform
  • Develop operational strategies, workflows, and scalable processes
  • Build partnerships with assisted living operators and community leaders
  • Lead pharmacy startup activities, including licensing, staffing, and vendor management
  • Recruit and develop high-performing pharmacy and operations teams
  • Oversee compliance, financial performance, and operational excellence
  • Partner with executive leadership, investors, and the Board to drive long-term growth
What We're Looking For:
  • PharmD or RPh preferred with active U.S. licensure
  • 10+ years of pharmacy operations experience
  • Background in long-term care, assisted living, or home infusion settings
  • Experience launching or scaling pharmacy operations
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, logistics, and compliance
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from concept to execution
