Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
PHARMACY
from an accredited School of Pharmacy or, PharmD- PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Coursework/Training
- Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent educ/experience. California Pharmacist Registered upon hire. Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties within 2 years of hire. 3 years
- Pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of related experience in lieu of Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency.
