The role focuses on telepharmacy billing within a nonprofit healthcare organization specializing in home infusion therapy and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process and submit home infusion pharmacy claims in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment Manage the full billing lifecycle: charge entry, claims submission, follow-up, and resolution of denied or rejected claims Utilize CareTend software to support billing workflows, documentation, and reimbursement tracking Review payer requirements to ensure proper billing for infusion therapies, supplies, and associated services Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement issues promptly Collaborate with payers, patients, and internal teams to maintain accurate, complete billing information

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in home infusion billing and claims management Proficient in CareTend software for billing and reimbursement processes Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills for interacting with payers, patients, and clinical staff
