Remote (Montana-based) Responsibilities Accurately process and submit home infusion pharmacy claims within a high-volume, metrics-driven environment Oversee the full billing lifecycle: charge entry, claims submission, follow-up, and resolution of denials or rejections Utilize CareTend software to manage billing workflows, documentation, and reimbursement tracking Review payer requirements to ensure correct billing for infusion therapies, supplies, and related services Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement challenges swiftly Maintain clear communication with payers, patients, and internal teams to ensure comprehensive and accurate billing information Desired Experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in home infusion billing and claims processing Proficiency with CareTend software is essential Strong understanding of payer requirements related to infusion therapies and medical supplies Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in payment and reimbursement follow-up This position offers a meaningful way to support patients receiving home health and infusion care, contributing to coordinated, patient-centered service delivery in both urban and rural Montana communities.
