Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacist in Charge

Job Description Lake Murray Drug Company is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead our Chapin location. We are a locally owned independent pharmacy committed to personalized patient care, strong community relationships, and exceptional service. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys building lasting patient relationships, leading a team, and expanding their skills in a supportive environment—including learning and growing in compounding services. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations Provide outstanding customer service and patient counseling Lead, support, and develop pharmacy staff Maintain accurate records and inventory management Foster strong relationships with patients, providers, and the local community Support and help grow compounding services Promote a positive, efficient, and team-focused work environment Qualifications Active pharmacist license in South Carolina (in good standing) Previous pharmacy leadership or management experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and expand knowledge in compounding Passion for independent pharmacy and personalized patient care What We Offer Full-time stable position Supportive, close-knit team environment Opportunity for professional growth and leadership Meaningful patient relationships in a community-focused setting If you are passionate about patient care and want to make a real impact in an independent pharmacy setting, we'd love to hear from you.

$58.00 - $62.00 per hour
