Nuclear Pharmacy Manager Columbia, SC $140,000•$166,000 DOE + 15% Annual Bonus Monday•Friday | 10-Hour Shifts Ready to step into a leadership role at the forefront of nuclear medicine, backed by one of the largest radiopharmaceutical networks in the world? This is a Pharmacy Manager position with a structured Monday to Friday schedule, a fully funded pathway to Authorized User status, and a team of pharmacists already in place. What you'll be doing Leading and overseeing pharmacists on-site team, ensuring the highest standards of radiopharmaceutical preparation, dispensing, and quality compliance Taking ownership of day-to-day nuclear pharmacy operations, maintaining a consistent and reliable service for PET imaging Completing a comprehensive, fully funded training programme, including a paid two-week in-person orientation (flights and hotel covered) Progressing through your Authorized User education, fully funded by the organization, as part of a structured onboarding journey Operating on a consistent 10-hour shift (9 hours on-site, 1 hour remote) The business This is a site within one of the largest established networks of PET nuclear pharmacy and radiopharmaceutical manufacturing operations in the world — with dozens of locations across the US and internationally. The Seattle site runs with a team of four pharmacists — a tight operation where your leadership will have real impact from day one. Benefits $140,000•$166,000 DOE (top end reserved for candidates with Nuclear pharmacy experience Relocation support is available 15% annual bonus 6% 401(k) match 20 days PTO 5 floating holidays Fully funded Authorized User training (worth around $8,000) ~1 month of paid training before going independent What you'll need Active South Carolina State Pharmacist licence (or willing to obtain) Experience in or a strong interest in nuclear / radiopharmaceutical pharmacy Prior pharmacy management or supervisory experience Comfortable with early starts and a structured 10-hour shift A methodical, detail-oriented approach•precision and accountability matter here What's next?
