Adecco Healthcare & LifeScinces is currenlty looking to hire for a Pharmacist role for their client in Columbia ,SC

• Onsite Position | Monday-Friday - 8hrs between 8am to 6pm (40hr/Week)
• Pay -58-61/HR
• Join a growing Home Infusion Pharmacy team where you can build your clinical pharmacy career in a collaborative and patient-focused environment. This onsite role offers strong potential for extension or permanent conversion for the right candidate.
• Schedule
• + Monday-Friday + 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM + On-call rotation required
• What You'll Do
• + Provide medication therapy management and clinical consultation + Review drug interactions, contraindications, and therapy plans + Support pharmacy operations, inventory, and workflow efficiency + Collaborate with nurses, physicians, insurance providers, and healthcare teams + Deliver patient education and clinical services + Help improve patient experience and pharmacy performance
• What We're Looking For
• + PharmD and active Pharmacist license required + Less than 5 years of experience required + Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills + Interest in clinical pharmacy, infusion services, and patient care + Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail Excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a specialized pharmacy setting while working alongside an experienced healthcare team.

• Pay Details:

• $58.
