Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem A retail pharmacy is seeking a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist to provide excellent pharmaceutical care in a busy environment. This role offers the opportunity to work flexible weekday and Saturday shifts while supporting patient health and medication safety.

Location:

North Augusta, South Carolina Schedule:

Weekdays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM June 4-6 and June 8-11

Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on prescription use Verify prescriptions using RX30 order entry system with support from pharmacy technicians Manage an average daily prescription volume between 189-220 scripts Ensure compliance with state pharmacy laws and company policies Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Valid South Carolina pharmacist license required Proven retail pharmacy experience Strong communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment This position allows you to practice pharma care with the support of pharmacy technicians handling order entry, enabling you to focus on patient-centered services. The per diem schedule provides flexibility while maintaining regular weekday and weekend hours.
