Job Description

Join a respected regional healthcare organization seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care in a progressive acute care hospital setting. This full-time position offers a primarily day-shift schedule with limited evenings and weekends on a rotating basis, no call responsibilities, and the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Pharmacists participate in direct patient care, medication management, clinical decision-making, and the education of pharmacy students and residents. The organization is a regional referral center, teaching hospital, and home to an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency program. Compensation ranges from $50.00 to $72.50 per hour, plus shift differentials, full benefits, sign-on bonus options, and relocation support. Qualified candidates must possess a PharmD and either a current Tennessee pharmacist license or be eligible to obtain prior to starting. Applicants must also have either a PGY1 residency or a minimum of two years of recent acute care hospital pharmacist experience. Board certification (BCPS) and residency training are preferred. Candidates should be comfortable practicing in an inpatient environment and collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
