Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, interactions, and dosages. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacotherapy plans. Maintain compliance with regulatory, hospital, and accreditation standards. Prepare, label, dispense, and stock inpatient medications per protocols. Monitor patient responses and adverse events; implement risk mitigation. Participate in performance metrics, pipelines, and territory-based targets to drive outcomes. Document all interventions and clinical decisions in the patient record. Educate patients and staff on medication-related questions and safety. Maintain accurate medication inventories and control of controlled substances. Support professional development by staying current with pharmacotherapy advances. Experience/Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist with
INPATIENT
hospital experience and strong GCP/Regulatory knowledge. Proficient in reviewing orders, dosing, interactions, and IV compatibilities. Compliance with hospital, regulatory, and accreditation standards. Monitor patient responses, adverse events, and mitigate risks promptly. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacotherapy plans. Accurate preparation, labeling, dispensing, and stocking of inpatient meds. Document interventions and clinical decisions in the electronic health record. Ability to work in a high-visibility, results-driven environment with pipelines. Educate patients and staff on medication safety and therapy plans. Maintain accurate medication inventories and control of controlled substances. Contract role readiness for on-site, hospital-based work environment. Demonstrates growth mindset; pursues ongoing pharmacotherapy development. What's in it for you?
