- Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire Soliant has an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity for a Specialty Clinical Pharmacist at a growing specialty pharmacy in Memphis, Tennessee.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | 40 hours per weekIndustry:
Healthcare / Specialty Pharmacy Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other complex conditions requiring infused therapies
- Manage the nuances of factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, and other novel agents, as well as a broad range of subcutaneous and IV infusions for chronic conditions
- Educate patients and their families on complex drug administration, side effect management, medication adherence, and safe handling of medications in the home
- Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, nurses, and in-house care coordinators to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
- Work alongside reimbursement specialists to navigate complex insurance plans, secure prior authorizations, and identify financial assistance programs for patients
- Utilize CareTend pharmacy software for daily operations — training provided for the right candidate Experience
- Specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred
- Experience with hemophilia, immune deficiency, autoimmune, or infusion therapy preferred
- Factor replacement therapy and novel agent experience a plus
- CareTend experience is a significant plus, but not required — willing to train Skills
- Strong clinical judgment in complex specialty therapy management
- Excellent patient education and communication skills
- Comfortable navigating insurance, prior authorizations, and financial assistance programs
- Collaborative and team-oriented with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators
- Driven and entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow with the organization Qualifications
- An active Tennessee Pharmacist License is required
- Open to obtaining additional state licenses as the practice grows
- CareTend proficiency a plus Education
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy This is a rare opportunity for a specialty pharmacist who wants more than just a job, someone who wants a career with real ownership potential at a company that is going places.
