About Us Riverside Village Pharmacy is a growing independent pharmacy in East Nashville focused on delivering a higher level of patient care through traditional pharmacy services, compounding, wellness programs, and specialty patient care initiatives. About the Role This role combines traditional community pharmacy responsibilities with involvement in growing patient care programs and special initiatives. The pharmacist will split time between: staffing responsibilities within the pharmacy supporting direct patient care programs collaborating with providers and patients on specialty initiatives assisting with workflow and operational execution helping improve systems and patient experience This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and helping build new opportunities within an independent pharmacy setting. Responsibilities Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently Counsel patients and build strong relationships Administer immunizations and clinical services Work collaboratively with technicians and leadership Support workflow efficiency and daily operations Communicate effectively with providers and patients Assist with patient care initiatives and specialty programs Contribute positively to team culture and accountability QualificationsRequired Active Tennessee pharmacist license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset High attention to detail and strong work ethic Preferred Independent pharmacy experience PioneerRx experience Immunization certification Interest in patient care programs and pharmacy innovation Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary PTO Health benefits Retirement plan options Employee discounts Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development Why Riverside? $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
