We are looking for an entrepreneurial, highly clinical Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) who commands excellence, thrives as an operational leader, and wants to operate a pharmacy with true professional autonomy and a direct partnership with ownership. The Opportunity & Leadership Role As the PIC, you are the clinical and operational anchor of Rams Pharmacy. We need a day-in, day-out trusted leader to handle the dynamic life of a pharmacy manager. You will work in close, direct collaboration with the owner to maximize pharmacy growth, optimize operations, and spearhead high-margin clinical programs. Our Promise to

Key Responsibilities & Clinical Focus Drive Pharmacy Growth:
Actively identify and implement new clinical revenue streams, including Point-of-Care (POC) testing, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), clinical immunization programs, and chronic care coordination.
Operational & Team Leadership:
Command a high standard of excellence across the pharmacy floor. Mentor, lead, and utilize our technician staff to maximize workflow efficiency and deliver service with a smile.
Trusted Management:
Serve as the legal PIC, ensuring absolute compliance with Tennessee Board of Pharmacy regulations, maintaining pristine inventory controls, and actively executing DIR fee mitigation strategies.
Community & Provider Engagement:
Build strong relationships with local Madison physicians to explore Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs), positioning Rams Pharmacy as the premier local hub for minor ailment prescribing.
Strategic Ownership Alignment:
Participate in regular strategy sessions with the owner to analyze performance, review clinical ROI, and map out scalable paths for business expansion.
What We Are Looking For Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy.
Licensure:
Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in good standing with the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy.
Experience:
2-3 years of community pharmacy experience preferred, with a proven track record of growing clinical programs or leading a team. Prior PIC or management experience is highly valued.

What We Offer Compensation:
$50.00
  • $60.
00 per hour (Commensurate with experience).
