Monday to Friday Standard hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM On-call rotation: every 7th weekend and three weekday shifts per month, shifting hours to 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM during on-call periods

Qualifications and Experience:

Must hold a valid Texas Pharmacist License IV Certification is required Proven infusion experience is essential Willingness to obtain an Oklahoma Pharmacist License within six months of hire
