Job Description

- Job Summary and Qualifications
- As a Pharmacist Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring clinical protocols and guidelines and enhancing the delivery of evidence based medicine.
- What qualifications you will need:
- + •Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)•+ •Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) Pharmacy Practice Residency or Commensurate Board Certification or Commensurate experience•+ •Postgraduate Year Two (PGY2) Specialized Residency in area of specialty - preferred•+ •Current Pharmacist license with Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP)•+ •Sterile Products (IV) Certification through the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) within 60 days of hire•+ •Basic Life Support (BLS) as per St.
