Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available in Dallas, TX, offering a contract-to-hire arrangement. This role emphasizes direct patient care through clinical management while also involving periods of rotation in production settings. The position provides a structured yet dynamic schedule with defined on-call responsibilities.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On-call rotation schedule shifts hours to 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. On-call duties occur every 7th weekend and approximately 3 weekday times per month
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical management of patients, ensuring safe and effective medication use Participate in production rotation to support pharmacy operations as needed Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications:
Possession of a valid Texas Pharmacist License is mandatory IV Certification required, with demonstrated infusion experience Willingness and ability to obtain an Oklahoma Pharmacist License within six months of hire Prior infusion experience critical for success in patient care and clinical decision-making This position is suited to pharmacists with solid clinical expertise who are adaptable and willing to engage in a mix of clinical and production duties.
