  • Pharmacist Texas 90 Days is required Must be computer literate, proficient in typing, able to perform basic math calculations, able to read, speak, and communicate effectively in English, directly, or over the telephone, with all employees and customers.
What You Will Do This position is responsible for role modeling teamwork and advancing employee partnership through servant leadership, including actively recognizing excellence and improvement from co-workers to mentor growth and development, in addition to holding oneself and others. Accountable for Promise behaviors. his position is responsible not only for the management of ones own time but s the responsibility for decreasing pharmaceutical costs (including wastage) and discovering new efficiencies. This position is responsible for the provision of optimal pharmaceutical care through participation in clinical services and oversight of distribution services and technologies. Completes weekend, evening weekday and holiday staffing pharmacist shifts as required during the residency year. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of ones own work and supporting the departments quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, programs and standards.
