Louisville, KY Onsite - Must live within 1 hour of Kentucky facility

Schedule:
M-F, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
π What You'll Do
π§ Clinical Excellence
- Conductprehensive pharmacotherapy reviews (drug utilization, interactions,pliance, side effects)
- Educate and counsel patients on new therapies and treatment plans
- Document clinical findings and support care teams with actionable insights
- Coordinate care across providers, nurses, caregivers, and support teams
- Provide subcutaneous injection training and patient support
- Participate in REMS programs and ensurepliance
π€ Patient & Provider Collaboration
- Act as a trusted liaison between patients, clinicians, and healthcare partners
- Deliver "above-and-beyond" (outrageous!) customer service
- Customize patient care solutions (special packaging, labeling, etc.)
- Support intake and onboarding of new patient referrals
βοΈ Pharmacy Operations
- Verify and dispense prescriptions inpliance with all state & federal laws
- Ensure accuracy in order entry, claims adjudication, and final product QA
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee workflow efficiency
- Maintainpliance with OSHA, controlled substances, and hazardous waste standards
- Monitor and report adverse events and qualityplaints

What You Bring
- πΌ 2-3+ years of direct patient counseling experience
- π Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
- π Active, unrestricted Kentucky Pharmacist License (required)
- βοΈ License in good standing
- π§ͺ Knowledge of sterile techniques and pharmacy quality standards
- π¬ Strongmunication & patient engagement skills
- π₯οΈ Comfortable with pharmacy systems and documentation

Preferred:
- BCOP certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Oncology or specialty pharmacy experience

Pay Details:
$60.00 to $59.00 per hour
