Job details:

Counsel patients over the phone about medications (6-8 hours/day) Verify prescriptions (2 hours/day) Oversee pharmacy technicians Conduct clinical reviews and document pharmacotherapy plans Coordinate care with clinicians and support services Provide subcutaneous teaching and on-call support as needed Ensure compliance with REMS, pharmacy laws, and internal SOPs Handle prescription processing, intake, and discontinuation Maintain high standards of customer service and patient education

Pay/benefits:

$60/hour + 2-3% annual raise Health, dental, and vision 401

K Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST (onsite) Occasional Saturdays (8-10 times/year, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with a weekday off in exchange Saturday schedule provided a year in advance

Requirements Experience:

Minimum 2 years counseling patients and verifying prescriptions

Background:

Retail or independent pharmacy preferred; hospital experience acceptable Comfortable being on the phone most of the day Strong time management and attention to detail If you are interested, please apply today!
