Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST ○
Post-Training:
Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST

  • Onsite in Fort Worth, TX (minimum 6 months)

  • What You'll Do
  • As a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring safe, effective, and personalized patient care:
  • Perform comprehensive pharmacotherapy reviews (drug utilization, interactions, compliance, counseling)
  • Educate and counsel patients on therapies and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, physicians, nurses, and caregivers
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and pharmacy regulations
  • Oversee pharmacy technicians and daily operations
  • Support clinical programs, REMS requirements, and patient education initiatives
  • Provide exceptional, "outrageous customer service" to patients and stakeholders
  • Participate in on-call rotations as needed
  • What We're Looking For
  • Active Texas Pharmacist License (in good standing)
  • 2-3+ years of direct counseling experience
  • Strong clinical knowledge and patient care experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work onsite initially and transition to hybrid
  • Bonus Qualifications:
  • BCOP certified (or willing to obtain when eligible)
  • Experience with specialty pharmacy or clinical oversight
  • Knowledge of sterile compounding and aseptic technique
