Full Job Description Overview:
Must be a licensed Pharmacist in the state of Texas to apply! We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. This position is Full Time or Part Time if that works better for you. This position is based in a community independently owned retail setting, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret medication orders, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient-specific medication therapy plans
  • Monitor patients' medication regimens for efficacy, safety, and adherence
  • Provide drug information and education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct patient assessments to identify drug-related problems and recommend interventions
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all pharmaceutical interventions
Qualifications:
  • Experience on PioneerRx Software preferred but not required!
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy program
  • Active pharmacist license in Texas
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
