JOB SUMMARY
Prepare and dispense prescribed medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist while ensuring excellence in patient care, patient safety and patient satisfaction. Adhere to all state, federal, organizational, and departmental regulations and guidelines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:
High School Diploma/GED; Registered by Texas State Board of Pharmacy; PTCB Certification preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

CRT, Mathematics, P.C.
