This role supports a 500-bed facility featuring specialized units including a 42-bed NICU and a 14-bed Pediatric ICU. The position operates on a night schedule, with a 7-on/7-off rotation from Wednesday through Tuesday, offering a consistent rhythm for work-life balance. Responsibilities include managing general inpatient pharmacy duties, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Familiarity with clinical pharmacy practices in an inpatient setting is essential to succeed in this role. Preferred qualifications for candidates include 1-2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience, demonstrating an ability to manage complex medication regimens in a hospital environment. Proficiency with EPIC pharmacy systems is highly desirable, as the facility transitioned from Cerner to EPIC early this year.
