Key Responsibilities:

Manage comprehensive inpatient pharmaceutical duties, ensuring safe and effective medication use Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient pharmacotherapy Utilize EPIC software for accurate prescription processing and patient records management

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of inpatient pharmacist experience is highly preferred Proficiency with EPIC medication management or comparable health information systems is strongly desired Ability to adapt to fast-paced hospital environment and deliver quality care under shift schedule
