  • $2,850/week (Based on experience) Job Overview We are seeking a licensed Inpatient Pharmacist for a travel assignment in a trauma center setting.
The pharmacist will primarily work overnight shifts supporting inpatient pharmacy operations and medication management services. During the assignment, there may be a temporary transition to day shift coverage based on department needs. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical pharmacy knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with hospital and pharmacy policies Monitor patient medication therapies and provide clinical recommendations when appropriate Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal medication management Maintain accurate pharmacy records, patient documentation, and medication profiles Ensure compliance with state, federal, and hospital pharmacy regulations Support pediatric inpatient pharmacy operations and clinical initiatives as needed Participate in medication safety and quality improvement activities Maintain inventory control and medication storage standards Qualifications Active Texas Pharmacist License required Previous inpatient or hospital pharmacy experience preferred First-time travelers welcome to apply Ability to work overnight shifts and rotating weekends Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-acuity healthcare environment Preferred Experience Pediatric or trauma center pharmacy experience preferred Experience with hospital EMR and pharmacy systems preferred For more details reach at or Call / Text at 516-587-6677.
