Nights | 7-On / 7-Off Schedule (8:00 PM - 6:30 AM) Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Lubbock, Texas. This opportunity is ideal for pharmacists with acute care hospital experience who are interested in working within a pediatric healthcare environment. First-time travel candidates with strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Review, verify, and process medication orders in an acute care hospital setting. Prepare and compound medications as required. Ensure appropriate dosing, medication safety, and pharmaceutical compatibility. Support medication management for pediatric and neonatal patient populations. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, pharmacy regulations, and patient safety standards. Manage workflow efficiently during overnight shifts. Maintain accurate documentation and medication records. Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Texas Pharmacist License . Recent Acute Care/Hospital Pharmacy Experience required. Experience working in a hospital setting; candidates with only retail pharmacy experience will not be considered. Some professional exposure or experience with Pediatric Patient Populations . Strong clinical judgment and medication management skills. First-time travel candidates are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualifications Pediatric or Neonatal Pharmacy experience.
