Job Summary:

W Certifications:

BLS, Pharm

D, TX LIC

• Later in the year
• July/August time frame
• will transition to a day shift position to cover a pharmacist going on FMLA through 1/13/2027.
• Will position float between units: No Is on-call required?

Shift is 7 days on and 7 days off. Will be night shift 2000
