Pharmacist - Retail/Infusion Pharmacy (High-Growth Opportunity)

What You'll Do Oversee daily pharmacy operations in both retail and infusion workflows Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently Provide patient counseling on medications, including specialty and infusion therapies Work closely with providers to support prior authorizations, appeals, and therapy management Coordinate with nursing teams for in-home and in-office infusion services Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and HIPAA regulations Manage inventory, including specialty medications and cold-chain products Deliver a white-glove, concierge-level experience for patients and providers What Makes This Role Different No weekends - strong work-life balance Blend of retail + clinical infusion pharmacy (higher-level practice) Direct interaction with physicians and care teams Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding pharmacy model Ability to make a real impact on patient outcomes Qualifications PharmD or RPh from an accredited school of pharmacy Active Pharmacist license in Texas (in good standing) Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations Interest or experience in specialty or infusion pharmacy (preferred) Experience with prior authorizations and insurance navigation is a plus Excellent communication and patient care skills Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow within the company Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Professional development and growth opportunities Why Join Us?
