As our pharmacy expands, we are looking for a compassionate Staff Pharmacist who shares our commitment to community health. The Role As our Staff Pharmacist, you will dispense prescribed medications and provide vital health information for patients who are often experiencing some of the most stressful periods of their lives, many of whom are represented by personal injury law firms. You will play a key role in supporting these individuals with compassion and professionalism, ensuring they feel cared for every step of the way. Working closely with other health care professionals, you will help deliver the highest quality of care—your efforts will have a direct and meaningful impact on our patients' well-being during challenging times. Key Responsibilities Review prescriptions to ensure safety, accuracy, and suitability for each patient. Provide clear advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage. Assess, compound, and dispense medications accurately by calculating, weighing, and mixing ingredients. Deliver specialized services to help patients manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and high blood pressure. Collaborate with local doctors and health care practitioners to monitor, review, and evaluate patient drug regimens. Maintain accurate records, including patient profiles, pharmacy files, and controlled drug registries according to legal requirements. Order and manage pharmaceutical stock, ensuring safe storage and proper handling of all supplies. Qualifications and Skills Bilingual proficiency, with Spanish-speaking strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with patients and team members. A self-motivated, honest, and trustworthy work ethic, capable of working with minimal supervision. Strong patient service skills paired with critical thinking and problem-solving expertise. The ability to handle high-pressure situations, multitask effectively, and balance competing priorities. Excellent knowledge of chemistry, specific drug interactions, and medical terminology. Exceptional attention to detail to guarantee patient safety at all times. Education and Experience Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) degree. Active and unrestricted pharmacy license in the State of Texas. A minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience is preferred.
