Job Description

Clinical Pharmacist - Pharmacy Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Plano 6200 West Parker Road

Work hours: PRN (As Needed) Rotating shifts - day/evening/weekends/holidays as needed Pharmacy department highlights: Clinically integrated pharmacy practice model with active involvement supporting high-acuity service lines such as ICU, stroke, oncology, and neonatal patient populations. Collaborative and approachable pharmacy culture that values open communication, peer support, and strong working relationships with providers and nursing. Emphasis on clinical accountability and autonomy, with pharmacists empowered to make evidence-based interventions and drive medication safety initiatives. Fast-paced, team-oriented environment requiring flexibility and adaptability, particularly in a PRN role supporting varying shifts and operational needs. Advanced clinical environment within a Level II Trauma Center, Level IV NICU and maternal program, and Comprehensive Stroke Center, providing exposure to complex, high-risk patient populations.
