Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire This position offers the opportunity to provide clinical pharmacy expertise while supporting pharmacy operations in a dynamic healthcare setting. The role requires effective management of patient care with some involvement in production tasks to ensure comprehensive pharmacy services.

Hire Schedule:
Monday to Friday Regular hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM On-call rotation hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (every 7th weekend and about 3 times a month during the week)
Responsibilities:
Clinical management of patients including review and monitoring of medication therapies Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Participate in production activities on a rotational basis Support infusion services in line with clinical standards Serve on the on-call rotation as scheduled
Qualifications:
Active Texas Pharmacist License (required) IV Certification (required) Experience with infusion pharmacy practice Willingness and ability to obtain Oklahoma Pharmacist License within six months of hire Proven clinical pharmacy skills with the ability to manage diverse patient populations This contract-to-hire opportunity enables a work-life balance with a defined workweek and a structured on-call schedule, perfect for candidates seeking long-term professional growth.
