Responsibilities:

Provide pharmaceutical services tailored to long-term care patients Ensure medication safety and compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medication distribution processes

Qualifications:
