As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will utilize your expertise to support diverse patient populations across hospital and outpatient settings, contributing to improved health outcomes and medication management. Duties Dispense prescriptions accurately while ensuring compliance with all legal and safety standards, including HIPAA regulations. Manage pharmacy inventory efficiently, including compounding medications Utilize pharmacy software and electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care activities accurately. Support pharmacy technician staff by supervising medication preparation processes and maintaining compliance with pharmacy protocols. Requirements Valid pharmacist license with current registration in the relevant jurisdiction. Completion of a pharmacy residency program or equivalent clinical pharmacy experience. Hands-on experience with pharmacy software systems, EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and EHR systems. Skilled in compounding medications and aseptic techniques for sterile preparations. Proven ability in patient service roles including patient assessment, medication administration, medication safety practices, and HIPAA compliance. Experience in inventory management.
