Clinical Pharmacist

MUST Have Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Experience King Pharma Ventures is seeking to hire a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) who has knowledge of both sterile and non-sterile compounding techniques, formulations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in formulating, preparing, and dispensing customized compounds tailored to meet the specific needs of individual patients. The Sterile Compounding Pharmacist will have knowledge of USP guidelines.

Qualifications :

Be fully involved in the actual preparation of sterile intravenous admixture solutions, non-sterile compounded medications, in compliance with pharmacy SOPs, FDA, BOP and DEA regulations. However, most SOPs are already in place. Perform quality assurance and verifications during the compounding process. Responsible for supervising all aspects of aseptic processing. Must be able to handle and host all Board of Pharmacy and other regulatory inspections. Able to maintain all required documentation and respond promptly. Responsible for maintaining complete, accurate, and compliant documentation as per state and federal guidelines and requirements. Make recommendations for improvements to existing pharmacy methods and procedures and/offers new ideas, as part of the department's quality improvement effort Participates in the maintenance and cleaning of the compounding environment, equipment, and tools as required.

$166,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
