Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing patient care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize therapeutic outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmacy practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety. Duties Review and interpret physician prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness. Dispense medications accurately while providing clear instructions to patients regarding their use. Monitor patient medication therapy for efficacy, safety, and adherence. Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare providers. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality. Collaborate with healthcare teams in acute care and critical care settings to optimize medication management. Conduct medication therapy management reviews for patients with complex medication regimens. Participate in pharmacy training initiatives as needed. Stay updated on new medications, therapies, and best practices in pharmacy care. Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) degree from an accredited institution. Valid pharmacist license in the state of practice. Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is a plus. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Familiarity with acute care and critical care environments is advantageous. Completion of a pharmacy residency program is highly desirable but not mandatory. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality patient care. You'll have the ability to progress to the Pharmacy Manager role depending on preformance.
