Key Responsibilities:

Verify intravenous (IV) medications and ensure compliance with safety protocols Assist with all inpatient pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing and inventory management Utilize Meditech software for accurate medication order entry and documentation Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide effective pharmaceutical care Adapt to varied schedules requiring flexibility, including travel between two or three shifts (TTH or DH)

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid pharmacist license with relevant state credentials Previous inpatient pharmacy experience preferred Proficient in using Meditech or similar pharmacy information systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules Excellent communication and teamwork skills
