Key Responsibilities:

Verify intravenous (IV) medications and ensure accuracy in preparation and dispensing Perform all typical inpatient pharmacy duties to support safe and effective medication management Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Utilize Meditech software to process medication orders and maintain records

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Licensed pharmacist with experience in inpatient pharmacy operations Proficiency with Meditech or similar pharmacy information systems Strong attention to detail, especially in verifying IV medications Ability to adapt to varied work schedules and travel between facilities as needed Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Location:

Work primarily at the Fishersville, VA inpatient pharmacy site with travel between Waynesboro and Fishersville, VA locations
